At EmployeeForkliftTraining.com, we specialize exclusively in providing onsite and online powered industrial truck (forklift) training services. We do not sell or ship physical products. Because our services are training-based only, there are no items to ship, return, or exchange.

Our Return and Refund Policy

  • No Physical Products: We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical merchandise.

  • Services Only: All purchases relate solely to training services (onsite or online).

  • Non-Returnable: Since no products are shipped, there are no returns or refunds for delivered services once training has been provided.

  • Scheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel a training session, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled service. We will make every effort to accommodate changes when possible.
