ONSITE TRAINING
Employee Forklift Training provides local onsite material handling equipment training to cities within Los Angeles County to ensure training is conducted in compliance with Cal/OSHA forklift training codes.

We do not maintain training facilities for employees or individuals to visit as this increases training costs and is ultimately not in compliance with Cal/Federal OSHA requirements.

FORKLIFT TRAINING DOCUMENTATION
All forklift and equipment training documentation is provided at the conclusion of training. This includes:

Operator's license (valid for three years);

Certificates of completion;

Training rosters;
-
Classroom instruction quizzes, and;

Operator performance checklists

MINIMUM ATTENDANCE
Minimum attendance requirements may apply to any training program. If minimum attendance numbers are not met, a base/flat fee may apply to the scheduled training.

The base/flat rate training fee may or may not be applicable. If an instructor is already in the area for training minimum attendance requirements may not apply.
​
A flat/base rate of $600 per training program will apply to all groups of less than five participants.
