Large Group Forklift Training Programs

At 5:45 p.m. on May 14, 2019, an employee was using a picker truck to pick out windshields at a warehouse to be shipped.

A replenishment truck in the same aisle picked up the rear of the employee's extended truck, causing it to tip over.

The employee was killed when caught between the picker truck and a third truck.

What

Is It?

It's simple really.  There are times when an organization needs to train a large number of employees over a short period of time to meet the needs of the business.

We understand this need and the importance of minimizing the impact to operations.  Our large group training program is designed with flexibility in mind.

This ensures we can deliver the training your business needs while minimizing disruptions common when pulling a large number of employees off the floor at one time.

Employee Forklift Training

We specialize in the development of training schedules to support your operations.

Production demands and workforce staffing are frequently at odds when it comes to getting important forklift and powered industrial truck training.

Whether it's ramping-up new facilities or bring your operators into compliance at one time.  We ensure your operations are supported and disruptions to operations are kept to a minimum.

Weekends, nights, individual and larger groups, expanded instructor times on site.  We develop a training schedule to support your needs.

Additionally, our instructors will be stationed at your site over extended periods of time and can adjust the schedule based on staff and equipment availability.

We can help with that!

HOW IT WORKS

We have instructors assigned to your facility for large blocks of time to ensure greater control over your forklift and powered industrial truck training and scheduling.

We know that the needs of the business are vital to paying the bills and have customized our service offerings to better meet the needs of our varied clientele.

This training model allows your fork truck employees to be trained in sizes that are more suitable for your operations.

This means a large group of fork truck operators, across multiple shifts, could be trained in groups of one to 20.  This frees-up workforce scheduling issues and allows you to focus on operations.

How Does This Work Better Than

Traditional Training?

Think of it like this, you have a large group of employees that require an array of forklift and equipment training needs.

Multiple equipment types, new operators, re-certification assessments, Spanish language, multiple shifts, etc.

You still need to continue operations, so pulling large groups of employees offline at one time may not be a realistic option.

Traditional training models have minimum course attendance requirements, base course fees of about $600, participant fees, and licensing fees.
